Who is Dr. Bike?

I’m Jonathan, but around Brooklyn, most people know me as Dr. Bike.

Since 2012, I’ve been the hands behind the wrenches at Greenpath Electric Bikes, clocking in over 13 years of professional service and more than 15 years of total grease-under-the-fingernails experience.

The Legend of Dr. Bikenstein

The nickname actually started as Dr. Bikenstein.

Why? Because I have a bit of a "mad scientist" reputation for bringing things back to life. Whether it’s a high-end commuter or a frame that’s seen better decades, I specialize in the "make-shift miracle." Give me a pile of spare parts and some zip ties, and I’ll build you a functioning machine out of almost anything.

From the halls of City Tech to the busy streets of NYC, I’ve learned that every bike has a heartbeat (or at least a motor and a battery), and I’m here to make sure yours never misses a beat.
